Nita has been teaching art and art history since 2008 and aims to help you to be yourself as an artist, and to embrace your own ‘signature’.
Join her, for a mini foundation course and together, you can uncover new ground that really means something at a deeper personal level. Laugh at mistakes, rise to challenges, listen to new perspectives, be open, outward, and most of all, have fun!

DANCE & TONE
A fun dance inspired fitness class to bring the sparkle back! We combine a variety of dance styles and music. Think salsa one minute, to ballet inspired soft leaps the next and straight into twerking and dropping it low after that. Leave your inhibitions at the door and come and have fun with our girl gang!

STRONG & STRETCHED
A wonderful combination to finish off your Monday. Starting with a gentle warm up followed by full body conditioning and finishing up with a full body stretch. Helping build strength without impact, making it gentle on joints and bones and also helping to ease aches and pains.

FITNESS WITH LARA

RE-BALANCE WITH PILATES
Tuesdays

A lower intensity class that focuses on:
* Improving posture and balance
* Increasing mobility and flexibility
* Reducing stress and promoting wellbeing.
* Gently increasing core strength and muscle tone.
Ideal for beginners or those needing to work at a more gentle pace. A relaxing class that will leave you feeling re-balanced and mobilised.
Kate is a level 3 Pilates instructor with 14 years teaching experience, so you will be in good hands!


STRONG MUMMY MOVEMENT
Wednesdays

The original Eir&Wild Wellness postnatal offering. This class is a great way to restart your postnatal fitness journey, as well as challenge your fitness as you progress in your motherhood journey too. Plus little ones are welcome to come along with you so you don't have to miss out on precious time with them either. There are options for every stage of the postnatal journey and due to small class sizes, exercises can be adapted for you if there are injuries, you need to settle baby or anything else that may crop up. We use interval training, body weight exercises, and resistance bands to create that full body workout.
Your child’s first five years are the most formative. It’s the perfect time to enjoy multi-sensory activities with your little one and take advantage of the invaluable benefits music can provide. Please contact Becca for details of age groups and timings.

BADASS BUMPS

The original Eir&Wild Wellness pregnancy offering. Our specialised pregnancy workout to help build strength, stamina and fitness for your pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. Whilst also helping to ease aches and pains to help you lead a fit pregnancy. We use low impact interval training, body weight exercises, resistance bands and fitness balls to create a workout safe for all 3 trimesters. This class also forms friendships for pregnancy, maternity leave and beyond.

TWIRLING TODDLERS

Twirling Toddlers offer a fun and friendly introduction to dance for little ones aged 1-4 years. We are passionate about encouraging little ones to be active and helping them to discover that the possibilities of movement are endless and fun to explore!
